Job description
The Quality Assurance Technician is responsible for daily plant quality and food safety verification activities in direct support of manufacturing. This hourly role maintains a strong plant-floor presence and works closely with Production, Sanitation, Warehousing, Maintenance, R&D, and QA leadership to verify that products, processes, records, and employee practices meet company, regulatory, customer, and food safety requirements.
The Quality Assurance Technician supports an audit-ready-everyday culture by completing assigned checks accurately and on time, escalating issues promptly, supporting R&D trials and first productions, and reinforcing the expectation to take the time to do it right.
