IMPD - Senior Pension Manager

The Senior Pension Manager (SPM) administers the 1953, 1977 and 1977 Converted Police Pension Funds for over 3500 members (active and retired officers and survivors) to ensure compliance with state law and the collective bargaining agreement including, but not limited to, coordination of all activities related to medical retirements, regular retirements, applications for survivor benefits, medical benefits for retirees and survivors, processing of payment of monthly pension benefits, monthly pension board meetings and regular communication with pension members related to pension requirements and benefits.
