  1. Customer Service & Frontline Support
  • Greet and assist walk-in visitors and patients at the KPJ Healthcare Lounge.
  • Provide courteous and accurate information on KPJ services, hospital offerings, and specialist appointments.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for patients requiring assistance or follow-up.
  • Ensure a welcoming, professional, and comfortable environment for all visitors.
  1. Patient Enquiries & Medical Tourism
  • Attend to enquiries from local and international patients regarding healthcare services and medical tourism packages.
  • Provide guidance on available hospital packages, treatments, and specialist consultations.
  • Promote KPJ services to potential patients and visitors.
  1. Coordination & Liaison
  • Liaise with KPJ hospitals for appointment scheduling, patient admissions, and transportation arrangements.
  • Coordinate with ferry terminal authorities, transport service providers, and international patient liaison officers.
  • Ensure smooth handover and transition of patients between locations and services.
  1. Operations & Lounge Management
  • Manage customer flow to maintain efficiency and service quality.
  • Oversee the cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the lounge environment.
  • Manage and update promotional materials and information displays.
  1. Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, enquiries, and feedback.
  • Handle documentation and ensure timely submission of daily reports to HQ or relevant departments.
  • Track service performance and highlight any operational issues.
  1. Emergency Response & Issue Handling
  • Provide immediate assistance and coordinate emergency medical support when required.
  • Escalate complex or critical issues to appropriate KPJ personnel or management promptly.
  1. Communication & Professional Standards
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills when interacting with patients and stakeholders.
  • Practice cultural sensitivity and professionalism at all times.
  • Communicate effectively in multiple languages where necessary (e.g., English, Malay, Indonesian). Job Requirement
  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
