Service Administrator

Milacron is looking for a Service Administrator to join our team in Querétaro, Mexico . In this position, you will be responsible for providing timely customer and administrative support for Technical Service operations, including service reporting, billing, equipment records, customer communication, and sales and operational reporting.

Work You’ll Do: Follow up on service reports, purchase orders, billing activities, and timely payments to ISPs. Monitor and verify service profit margins and the Service Sales AOP indicator. Provide administrative support and required system reports, including maintaining accurate and current information in FS Lighting.

Support equipment setup and registration in E1 and FS Lighting. Maintain continuous communication with customers and generate account reports and summaries. Partner with the Finance Department on billing activities and Power BI reporting. Prepare supplemental quotations based on service reports and process Service and Training invoices.

Generate, certify, and distribute customer invoices and prepare credit notes related to departmental invoices. Develop historical billing reports and reports supporting annual AOP projections. Prepare recurring departmental reporting, including biweekly historical reports, monthly accumulated hours and technician utilization reports, monthly sales forecasts based on quotations, and weekly billing reports and data submissions.

Comply with company policies, maintain confidentiality of information accessed, and safeguard company assets under your responsibility.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, or a related administrative field. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency. 2+ years of experience developing improvement projects. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
