Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver – Full Time – Weekend Shifts – Paid Training + Sign‑On Bonus Make a difference every day! What You’ll Do Support residents with daily living skills to provide personal care, hygiene, cooking, housekeeping.

Assist residents with independence, life skills, and social skills. Build positive relationships and support emotional well‑being. Help with medication administration (training provided). Complete documentation: notes, reports, communication logs. Support Judaic programming and maintain JARC policies. Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home environment.

Schedule All positions include: Saturday + Sunday: 12‑hour shifts (overnight or days) Weekdays: 4‑hour shifts (morning or afternoon) Steady, predictable hours every week.

Requirements

Valid Florida Driver’s License High School Diploma or GED. Able to pass background check & drug screening. Experience as a caregiver or in human services preferred. Home Health Aide (HHA) or CNA certification is a plus. Ability to lift/move 10–15 lbs. and assist in emergencies.
