Maintenance Technical Advisor (Electrical), Hot Mill

This position will support maintenance staff in the cost effective sustainment and continual improvement of maintenance operations to reach maximum equipment capabilities; engage the team to drive a continuous improvement culture to eliminate waste, overburden and variability in manufacturing processes; and act as a role model for safety by demonstrating behaviors that align with the Commonwealth safety principles.
