• Graduate Trainee Al Nokhba Program This program is to empower and qualify Emarti Fresh Graduates in all fields and provide them with the necessary knowledge, skills and capabilities in line with international standards and expertise. This program is designed for 1 year period to prepare the young emarti to the work field. In addition, the program include different types of theoretical and practical training. Criteria: Nationality: United Arab Emirates Gender: Male and Female Qualification: Bachelor or Master Degree Year of Graduation: within the last 3 years Experience: Without previous experience or with maximum of 3 years Age: Less than 30 years Language: Fluent in Arabic and English (Reading, Writing and Speaking) National Service: Completed Al Nokhba Program
