Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2017 and currently lead a team of three. I was recruited right out of college and began my career as a team member with State Farm before taking the step to open my own agency. That experience shaped how I lead today and how I invest in developing my team. I’m a proud alum of Michigan State University, and outside of the office, I’m a wife and mom to two boys.

Our office even has a dog named Louie who adds a fun, welcoming energy to the team. I stay active in the community through involvement with Game on Cancer and by partnering with a local minor league baseball team for events. Giving back and staying connected locally is important to how we operate. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
