Ensures timely resolution of problems, ensures customers are informed of unresolved issues, and engages other analysts directly to resolve challenging issues.

Job Description : EDUCATION: Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE Epic certification required upon hire TYPICAL EXPERIENCE: 3 years recent relevant experience SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: Is a proven expert in architecture, design, development, and ongoing support to the Epic application.

Pay Range

is $46.65 to $69.98 / hour The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs.
