LPN Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) that will be responsible for providing quality nursing care to our clients and a valuable member of the multidisciplinary treatment team. Summary of Job Responsibilities: Administer and monitor client medications Report clients’ pertinent medical/dental issues and information to the Nursing Supervisor Effectively and thoroughly document all medical care services rendered Communicate with physicians; transcribe, clarify, and implement physician’s orders Respond to inquiries or requests for medical information per policy Assist the Nursing Supervisor with assigned tasks to support Medical Services operations. Schedule: 40 Hours/week 6:30 AM- 4:30 PM (scheduled week days) 7 AM- 7 PM (scheduled weekends) Rotate working every third weekend Benefits include: Competitive pay based on experience Health/Dental benefit plans Supplemental benefit plans 401K Paid Holidays Personal Time Off FREE MEALS!!

Pay: $23 - $26 per hour

Requirements

21+; Graduate of a Practical Nursing Program; Current license in the the State of Alabama as a Licensed Practical Nurse; BLS Certified
