Job Title: Key Account Manager (Coupang) Key Job Accountabilities JOB SUMMARY

• The E-commerce Manager owns the commercial and trading performance of La Roche-Posay’s B2C business on Coupang. The role drives customer acquisition, conversion, sales growth and customer retention through channel planning, product assortment and listing optimization, onsite visibility, promotional execution and data-driven performance management. Working closely with Marketing, CRM, Media, Supply Chain, IT and Coupang, the role delivers effective campaigns and a seamless customer experience across the platform. CORE WORK ACTIVITIES -Own assigned channels end to end, continuously optimizing product listings, content assets, search advertising, product visibility, and promotional execution. -Manage channel-level P&L including pricing, margin management, promotional investment, and profitability analysis. -Monitor competitor activity and translate market intelligence into actionable channel strategy. -Analyze e-commerce partner sales data to identify strengths, risks, and business opportunities. CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION Work closely with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Digital, Sales, IT, and Customer Care to ensure e-commerce activities are aligned with broader brand strategy and deliver a seamless e-commerce consumer experience. PROFESSIONAL & TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES -Drives B2C e-commerce growth through channel and commercial levers -Proficient in e-commerce platforms and data tools, including Coupang Seller Portal -Keeps up with consumer behavior and digital commerce trends -Translate complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations -Manages Site Merchandising and Conversion Optimization Qualifications Education University graduate Years of experience 5 years Experience At least 5 years of experience in the FMCG industry, with demonstrated experience in managing e-commerce platforms and driving e-commerce trading performance.
