Senior BSA Salesforce

Dacotah Bank is seeking a Salesforce professional to serve as the strategic business and platform lead for our Salesforce environment. In this role, you will work across multiple business units to improve processes related to customer relationships, referrals, service, onboarding, sales activity, and operational visibility.

You'll be responsible for gathering requirements, configuring Salesforce, building reports and dashboards, supporting users, improving data quality, coordinating enhancements, and helping shape the long-term strategy and vision for the platform.
