The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record of designing, deploying, and managing complex network infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills and will have a strong focus on customer service. The Senior Network Infrastructure Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of uptime, performance, and reliability for our customers.

Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and manage complex network infrastructure solutions. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting activities. Monitor network performance and analyze network performance data. Identify and resolve network-related problems in a timely manner. Ensure the highest levels of uptime, performance, and reliability for our customers.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. At least 5 years of experience in a network infrastructure role. Strong knowledge of network protocols and technologies, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc. Solid understanding of network security concepts and solutions. Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
