HR Generalist

The Odom Corporation is seeking an HR Generalist to support employees and managers across our Idaho operations. This position serves as a trusted HR resource, helping deliver a positive employee experience while supporting workforce initiatives, employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations. The role is based in Boise, ID and partners closely with HR leadership and operational teams throughout the region.
