Vocational Instructor - Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Mechanic - On-Call

Desired Start Date: July 1, 2026 Position End Date: June 30, 2028 Salary range: $71,846 to $115,129 with normal starting salary between $78,872 and $85,897 annually, dependent on relevant education and experience.

Bargaining unit: Vocational Type of appointment: Non-regular Substitute Preferred Qualifications: Red Seal Gasfitter Schedule: Given on-call nature of position, schedule and frequency of instruction may vary. Program is taught primarily at the Penticton campus but may be offered at the Vernon campus as well. Typical instructional day is 7.

5 hours per day. Typical instructional week is four days and would not exceed 30 hours. Initial on-call contract is setup until Jun 30, 2028 but is not a guarantee of work for the entire contract period. Work can be anywhere from one day to several weeks.
