As a Project Consultant, you'll work directly with homeowners, providing professional exterior property inspections, restoration solutions, and outstanding customer service from inspection through project completion. 📍 Multiple Locations Available National Headquarters 4141 NE Lakewood Way Lee's Summit, MO 64064 Aspen Contracting is hiring in multiple markets throughout the United States. Applicants will be considered for opportunities based on their location, willingness to relocate or travel, and current business needs. Once hired, you'll report to your assigned local office for training, team meetings, and business-related activities.

Job Snapshot Employment Type: Full-Time (W-2) Compensation: $50,000–$200,000+ annually Pay Structure: Weekly Pay + Uncapped Commission Training: Paid Training Provided Schedule: Daytime, evenings, and occasional weekends based on customer appointments Travel: Local travel within your assigned market (travel opportunities may be available) Experience: No roofing experience required As a Project Consultant, you'll build relationships with homeowners, inspect properties for storm damage, provide restoration solutions, and guide customers through the restoration process from inspection through project completion.

Responsibilities

Generate new business through networking, referrals, neighborhood marketing, and customer outreach. Schedule and conduct residential property inspections. Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters using company technology and training. Create detailed project estimates and scopes of work. Educate homeowners on restoration options and insurance claims.

Manage customer relationships throughout the project. Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Follow up after project completion to ensure customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

Self-motivated Competitive Coachable Professional Comfortable working independently Excellent communicators Goal-oriented Customer-focused Sales experience is helpful but not required. Experience in outside sales, automotive sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, real estate, insurance, or other customer-facing industries is highly transferable.

We'll teach you the roofing industry. High School Diploma or GED Valid Driver's License Reliable transportation Ability to climb ladders and walk residential roofs Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift equipment as needed Ability to work a Full-Time schedule This is a Full-Time W-2 position offering unlimited earning potential.

Compensation
