- United States of America) Job Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files. Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment. Ensure all safety protocols and standards are adhered to in the workplace. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize workflows. Maintain accurate records of production quantities, defects, and downtime. Assist in training new operators and providing technical guidance. Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical school certification preferred. Proficient in setting up, programming, and operating CNC machines. Strong understanding of machining processes and tools. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. Excellent attention to detail and precision. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CAD/CAM software. Desired Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in CNC machining or a related field. Experience with different types of CNC machines, including lathes and mills. Background in manufacturing or production environments preferred.
