Special Education Paraprofessional (Multiple Openings)- Roseville Area High School

Description: Roseville Area Schools has multiple vacancies for paraprofessional positions at Roseville Area High School to provide program support to high school students receiving special education services. These positions work 7.0 hours per day, 5 days per week starting immediately. One position works with students in Setting I/II (mostly mainstream support), and one position is in the Setting III Autism Program.

Qualifications

Special Education paraprofessionals must possess 60 semester credits or 90 quarter credits of study from an institution of higher education or an AA, AS, AAS (or higher) degree, OR must provide a passing score on the MN Para. Pro Test or Para. Educator Assessment. (To take a Parapro Test, visit The Para. Pro Assessment or call 1-800-772-9476; to take the Para.

Educator Assessment, visit the Bright Works website - test is paid for at the employee's expense .) Compensation: Starting salary range is $18.44 - $20.81 per hour per the paraprofessionals' contract. Special Education paraprofessionals have an opportunity to earn an additional $2.00 per hour for completing online district Special Education training.
