Part-Time Cleaning Technician - 24 hrs weekly

Join Our Team as a Part-Time Apartment Cleaning Technician! Homeland Inc. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Apartment Cleaning Technician to maintain the cleanliness of vacant units at an apartment complex in Bardstown, KY. This part-time position offers 24 hours per week, Monday through Friday, during daytime hours—no nights, no weekends—with a flexible schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Clean and maintain vacant apartment units, including sweeping, washing, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, and sanitizing surfaces. Ensure office spaces remain clean and organized. Maintain outdoor areas by picking up debris and keeping the grounds tidy. Perform additional cleaning duties as assigned by the Site Manager and Regional Property Manager.

Qualifications

Strong reliability and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and efficiently. Must have dependable transportation.

Compensation

& Benefits: Paid scheduled holidays. Paid vacation based on hours worked per week. Flexible scheduling for part-time employees. Eligibility for additional benefits may be subject to a grace period.
