About the Role
Work Location: Shawano, WI (first shift; four 10-hour shifts, Monday
- Thursday) P roduction Assembly This position is a critical role focused on assembling components and products. The primary goal is to ensure that all assembly tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with quality standards to support continuous production flow. This role requires attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols to maintain a safe and productive work environment. The successful candidate will contribute to meeting production targets by performing repetitive assembly operations and inspecting finished products for defects. Ultimately, this position supports the overall manufacturing process by delivering high-quality assembled products on schedule during weekend shifts.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. Basic manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety guidelines. Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment. Familiarity with basic hand tools and assembly equipment. Understanding of quality control processes. Ability to read and interpret simple technical drawings or work instructions. Strong communication skills to effectively work within a team.
Responsibilities
Perform assembly of parts and components according to detailed instructions and blueprints. Inspect assembled products for quality and report any defects or inconsistencies.
