Retail Operations Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented Retail Operations Expense Specialist to join our expanding team at our Headquarters in Dallas, TX. This candidate will support our operations team by managing operational expenses, organizing vendor documentation, and coordinating administrative tasks related to store operations. This role focuses on tracking operational costs, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with vendor coordination to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and manage vendor invoices and maintain accurate records for operational expenses
• Track and manage business travel expenses and related documentation
• Coordinate and monitor freight schedules and freight costs for operational shipments
• Maintain documentation and records for all operational expenses and related paperwork
• Maintain organized filing systems for operational documents and contracts
• Assist operations and accounting team with expense tracking and reporting
• Communicate with vendors and service providers regarding invoices, billing, and documentation
• Support the operations team with administrative and data coordination tasks as needed Required Skills
• Strong organizational and documentation management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial documents
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills for coordinating with vendors and internal teams
• Basic understanding of expense tracking and operational cost management Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with vendor invoices, expense tracking, or operational documentation
• Experience supporting multi-location operations or retail environments
