About the Role

As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests by providing attentive, friendly, and efficient service. Your primary objective is to ensure customer satisfaction by accurately taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing any guest needs or concerns promptly.

You will collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate timely and accurate delivery of orders. This role requires maintaining a clean and organized work environment while adhering to all health and safety regulations. Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred but not required. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts. Basic math skills for handling transactions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Be able to work a changing schedule preferred but not required.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards. Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. Bilingual abilities to assist a diverse customer base.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a courteous and professional manner. Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions regarding menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods. Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring order accuracy and presentation standards.

Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or special requests. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate order timing and delivery. Process payments and provide correct change or receipts. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations.

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations. Basic math skills are used daily to accurately process payments and handle cash transactions.
