Key Details Location: Role is based in Limerick Transport: Own car essential – fuel card provided. Weekends (Sat & Sun): 4-hours each - morning shift Total 8 Hours Your Role Team & Performance Management Support and motivate a team of merchandisers to deliver client KPIs and field excellence. Provide regular support, coaching, and feedback to drive individual and team success.

Scheduling & Coverage Complete field visits to territory locations. Ensure optimal team deployment and efficiency. Retail Execution Oversee all merchandising and orders. Guarantee execution aligns with both FMI and client standards. What You Bring Excellent organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
