Research Assistant 1, Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine

The Research Assistant supports an NIMH-funded clinical trial examining approaches to optimize Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD among populations experiencing health disparities. Working with the Principal Investigator, the Research Assistant assists with study coordination, participant screening and scheduling, psychological assessment data collection, regulatory documentation, and research data management.

The position interacts directly with veterans with PTSD and supports the preparation, implementation, and dissemination of study activities and findings. The position is based at VA Boston Healthcare System. The role requires a bachelor's degree in psychology or a closely related field and prior research experience.
