We have an expansive catalog of products in all categories, from power and pneumatic tools to fasteners from industry-leading brands and as part of our award-winning service and commitment to our customers, we deliver fasteners and tools directly to the jobsite for our customers.

Counter Sales Role: Full Medical Benefits, 401K Match, and PTO Package Responsibilities: Greeting customers and helping them find the right product for their job Answering the phone and helping with customer phone inquiries Writing up orders and processing payments Expediting special orders and backorders Assisting with the daily operations and upkeep of the business (counter, showroom, warehouse) Restocking the showroom when new merchandise arrives Resetting, cleaning, and general maintenance of the showroom displays (pricing, display tool assembly, etc.) Assisting with warehouse duties as needed (performing deliveries, loading/unloading trucks, etc.) Promoting Pro. Fast Brand of excellent customer service via always presenting yourself in a professional manner Requirements: Bilingual Spanish preferred Mechanical aptitude preferred Previous experience in customer-facing role Basic computer skills Communication Skills Problem solving skills with the ability to prioritize Work Environment and Physical Demands: This role works in an office environment with some time spent in a warehouse environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. While performing the duties of this role, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee may be required to lift up to 50 pounds independently.
