Customs Compliance Reporting and Auditing Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Customs Compliance Reporting and Auditing Validate inbound permits against shipping invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness. Prepare and submit compliance reports to Finance within established timelines. Freight Bill Verification Approval and Accrual Reporting Review, verify, and process freight invoices for approval and submission, ensuring accuracy and completeness in a timely manner.

Perform monthly freight accrual activities to support accurate financial accounting and reporting End to End Coordination of Engineering Sample Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to streamline the request process and ensure all requests are properly documented, tracked and fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner.

Process Automation & Digitalization Demonstrate the ability to explore, contribute, and implement digitalization initiatives to automate operational tasks, driving process improvements through hands-on experience.

Your Profile
