What we’re looking for 7+ years of hands-on experience in DFT engineering Strong experience with Siemens Tessent DFT flows and tools, including: SSN IJTAG MBIST ATPG Good understanding of back-end flows and their interaction with DFT implementation Strong scripting skills and experience automating DFT flows and debug Familiarity with DFT architectures and methodologies Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently, take ownership, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Educational background – BS.c in Electrical Engineering
