Convention Services Manager

The Convention Services Manager serves as the liaison for groups and convention clients following the sales process, ensuring seamless planning and execution of all event details. This role is responsible for coordinating meeting and event logistics, including room setups, catering menus, audiovisual requirements, accommodations, and special requests.

The Convention Services Manager partners closely with clients and hotel departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maximizing meeting space utilization, guest room revenue, food and beverage sales, and overall profitability.
