Direct Sales Associate

Deploy conventional and creative ways to source for right Clients for existing products according to the target market. Generate leads and convert to sales within the shortest possible time and maintain good conversion ratio. Ensure agreed loan disbursements targets are made Review loan requests, assess client’s financial status and send to credit risk department Explain the different types of loan and credit options available and terms of the services to customers (market all company's loan products) Obtain and compile copies of loan applicants’ credit history, corporate financial statements and other financial information while ensuring proper documentation.

Review loan agreements to ensure they are complete and accurate according to policy. Manage the existing portfolios as well as new ones generated Monitor existing loan of clients: follow up with customers to ensure they meet their repayment obligations promptly Customer Service: ensure customers receive high quality service before, during and after service delivery.

Ensure the PAR is below the industry threshold always Turn. Around Time: follow through to ensure all requests, applications and customers’ queries are processed/dealt with in record time. Ensure sales targets are met and possibly exceeded Maintain 95% retention rate of existing customers.

Requirements

2 years’ minimum verifiable experience in business development/sales/marketing roles. Hands on experience with lending procedures and products Ability to create and interpret financial spreadsheets Good use of Microsoft office tools Ability to follow up requests to the point of disbursement and retain customers Experience in Credit sales/Insurance Product is an added advantage Must have completed the mandatory NYSC Benefits HMO Other Statutory Benefits
