JOB SUMMARY
The Service Operations Administrator provides day-to-day support for the NYC area District Sales and Service team. This role is responsible for several administrative tasks including direct customer communications via phone and email to support the customer base. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Management of NYC Cooling tower Disinfection/Cleaning Certificate Process: Generate Hyper.
Halogenation and CTC Certificates from completed WO to be distributed to Customer and internally for file records, Maintain and Update Certificate Billing Spreadsheet, manage billing process for Disinfection services outside of contract Special projects as requested for Divisional and Company Wide requirements S100 software administrator: maintain and update customer data, service route assignment, monthly service completion tracking, etc.
Sales & Service Support: review and revise customer contract renewals and proposals for accuracy as it relates to appearance, brand, and formatting; direct follow-up on c ustomer related complaints and requests. Regular interface with corporate support groups for problem resolution, inventory management, supplier invoice processing and record maintenance (EX: Customer Service, Credit, Finance, Sales Support, Human Resources, Print shop, etc.)
Administrative Tasks: Work order generation, filing, create and manipulate data in spreadsheets, NYC Metro record management Act as a liaison to partner between employees and water support Assist in onboarding new employees and closing out departing employes (uniform management, assist in distributing and collecting company property) EDUCATION/ SPECIAL LICENSES OR CERTIFICATION: High School Diploma or equivalent required Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS: Proficient in the use of a computer and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint.)
