Manager of SOC Standards

The Manager of SOC Standards is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining standardized SOC processes, procedures, training programs, and career development pathways that support safe, efficient, and compliant airline operations. This role provides leadership for the Duty Manager and SOC Coordinator teams and partners closely with SOC departmental leaders to align policies, procedures, manuals, checklists, training materials, and merger and acquisition readiness activities across all areas of the System Operations Control organization, including Dispatch, Crew Scheduling, Crew Travel, Maintenance Control, Maintenance Planning, AOG, Station Support, and other operational support functions.
