Security Dispatch Associate

Security operations depend on clear communication, timely coordination, and sound judgment. As a Security Dispatcher, you serve as the communication hub of the Security Team, helping connect people, information, and resources across the resort. From dispatching Security Department personnel and documenting incidents to monitoring emergency communications and supporting safety-related operations, your work helps create an environment where guests, members, associates, and resort assets remain protected.

This role offers an opportunity to develop hospitality security expertise while building experience in communications, emergency response coordination, and resort operations.
