” What You’ll Lead As General Manager, you’ll own your restaurant’s daily operations, team development, guest experience, and financial performance. Build your team: Recruit, hire, train, and coach managers and crew members. Set clear expectations and develop future leaders. Run great shifts: Manage staffing, scheduling, inventory, and ordering while maintaining food quality, cleanliness, and safety.

Deliver welcoming service: Lead by example, resolve guest concerns, and turn feedback into improvements. Drive results: Manage sales, labor, food costs, and profitability.
