• Generous Employee Purchase Discounts What You'll Do: Follow all safety guidelines and participate as fully empowered team member. Report unsafe activities or machine conditions to the supervisor. Assist supervisor with providing PPE. Must perform all jobs in the department and function and may serve as the subject matter expert for the department. Maintain flow of work and ensure adequate materials are stocked to keep associates working. Maintain workflow by ensuring repairs / rework process is timely. Collaborate with supervisor to develop solutions to resolve any department issues. Maintain and clean assigned work area and ensure area is clear of rework and scrap materials and is clear of unnecessary items. May provide training to new associates as needed. Work on special projects as assigned by supervisor.

What You'll Need

Two years of manufacturing experience desired. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, procedures manual, and to comprehend basic instructions.
