Transport Coordinator - Vehicle Maintenance

What you need to do Oversee vehicle maintenance and repair quality inspections. Coordinate spare parts sourcing and supplier/service provider management. Handle vehicle insurance repair processing and related documentation. Maintain maintenance records and reports. Ensure basic compliance with safety and operational standards.

Travel for inspections, supplier visits, and maintenance follow-ups when required.

What we are looking for

NVQ / NAITA/VTA Diploma in Automobile Mechanic / Vehicle Maintenance / Automobile Technology or equivalent qualification. Strong knowledge in vehicle maintenance and repair processes. Experience in spare parts and supplier sourcing. Good computer literacy (Excel/Email reporting). Basic compliance knowledge. Willingness to travel.
