Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Mont Family Medicine # Lake Wylie is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our primary care team which consists of three MDs, and two APPs.# This opportunity offers the ability to build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients while providing comprehensive care in a supportive practice environment.

Comprehensive on-site diagnostics, including laboratory services and digital X-ray capabilities.

Outpatient schedule: 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM Key Responsibilities Order, interpret, and manage diagnostic evaluations, including laboratory tests and diagnostic imaging. Deliver patient education regarding individualized treatment plans, chronic disease management, and follow-up care. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant electronic health record documentation utilizing EPIC.

RequirementsMaster#s or Doctoral degree from accredited NP or PA program Board Certified FNP or PA-C Active North Carolina medical license and DEA registration, with the ability and willingness to obtain South Carolina licensure and DEA registration.
