Star Health Surgery Center at Timonium Med. Star Health Endoscopy Center at Lutherville Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited medical school. Completion of an accredited anesthesiology residency. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology by ABA. Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in the state of practice.
