WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Experience in facilities or residential maintenance

• Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical repairs, welding, and plumbing

• Ability to work throughout the Cedar Springs and Kent City area

• Fair housing training is preferred

THE VITAL ROLE YOU HAVE

No two days are the same, but here's a taste of what you'll be up to:

• Completing work orders for residents, ensuring fast and effective responses to their needs

• Collaborating with the property manager to maintain pristine site conditions, addressing issues proactively before they escalate

• Turning units to prepare for new move-ins, welcoming families to their new homes

YOUR TYPICAL SHIFT:

We are looking for a full-time Affordable Housing Maintenance Tech who can work from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. You'll also be on-call for emergencies as needed.
