What You'll Do

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll play an important role in helping customers manage their accounts while delivering friendly, professional service. Provide excellent customer service over the phone Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls Answer account questions and assist with resolving customer concerns Follow up with customers regarding payments and past-due balances Assist with loan applications and account processing Maintain accurate customer records and documentation Build positive customer relationships through effective communication What We're Looking For Previous customer service experience preferred (1+ year) Strong phone communication and interpersonal skills A friendly, professional attitude with a willingness to learn Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Basic computer and data entry skills Strong listening and problem-solving abilities Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply (English required; Spanish a plus) Part-Time Schedule Enjoy a part-time schedule with weekday flexibility!
