Certified Medication Aide

The Certified Medication Aide is responsible for enhancing the overall Resident experience through the provision of exceptional daily nursing care and service in accordance with each resident's personalized care plan. The Certified Medication Aide assists with activities of daily living, like dressing, eating, grooming, communicating, toileting, personal hygiene and mobility needs, as well as preparing and administering medications according to health care provider instructions and within the scope of Grand Living’s license.
