Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2014 and currently lead a team of seven. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in education, and that background continues to influence how I lead and develop my team today. I’m a Georgia State University graduate, married, and a proud mom of two daughters. Community involvement is important to me both personally and professionally.

I’m a member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. and Jack and Jill of America, and I stay actively involved in giving back through both organizations. Our agency offers licensing reimbursement, a strong commitment to work-life balance, and plenty of small touches that make the office enjoyable, including free snacks and celebrations for team and individual milestones.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As an Account Associate for {{ account.name }}, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
