Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly and provide friendly, personalized service. Assist customers with selecting jewelry and finding the perfect gifts. Work collaboratively with customers and management to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain clean, organized, and attractive showcases and displays. Assist with inventory checks and general store upkeep.

Complete sales paperwork, including warranties and guarantees. Follow proper cash-handling procedures and maintain the security of the till. Learn and assist with minor watch repairs as needed. Maintain a positive, professional attitude in a fast-paced retail environment. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
