You’ll help customers with questions, claims, and service updates — always ensuring the best possible experience 💬✨ 💼 Responsiblities 📞Answer incoming calls and emails from customers, partners, and suppliers. 📲Provide advice, guidance, and solutions for customer queries and incidents. 🤝Keep customers informed about coverage, claim status, and resolutions.
