Customer Service / Scheduler

Customer Service / Scheduler ABOUT THE POSITION D&D Garage Doors is seeking a customer-focused Customer Service / Scheduler to coordinate service and installation appointments, support customers and technicians, and maintain accurate scheduling and customer records. This full-time office position requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer incoming calls and respond professionally to customer inquiries.
• Schedule and coordinate garage door service and installation appointments.
• Communicate appointment details and schedule changes with customers and field technicians.
• Maintain accurate customer information, work orders, and scheduling records.
• Gather relevant job details and route customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Resolve routine customer concerns and escalate complex matters when appropriate.
• Assist with administrative tasks, documentation, and follow-up communications.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Customer service, scheduling, dispatching, or office administration experience preferred.
• Strong phone communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced office.
• Comfortable with scheduling software; Acumatica experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance.
• Valid driver's license required. PHYSICAL & WORK REQUIREMENTS
• Full-time office position with frequent phone and computer use.
• Ability to sit for extended periods and perform routine office tasks.

COMPENSATION

& BENEFITS

• $18.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
