Service Dispatcher (Plumbing/Home Services)

Overview

Williams Plumbing & Drain is seeking an experienced Service Dispatcher to join our team in Tulsa. This role is best suited for someone with prior dispatch or service scheduling experience who can manage a high-volume call environment, make real-time decisions, and help drive operational efficiency. As a key member of our operations team, you will coordinate technicians, optimize scheduling, and ensure a high level of service for both customers and field staff.

Compensation

& Benefits $17-$20 per hour , depending on dispatch experience Performance-based bonuses Paid training and onboarding Medical and dental benefits Paid time off and paid holidays 401(k) retirement plan Full-time, consistent schedule (7:45am – 4:45pm; Monday -Friday) Key Responsibilities Manage and prioritize incoming service calls in a high-volume environment Schedule and dispatch technicians based on skillset, location, and urgency Continuously adjust schedules to maximize efficiency and productivity Communicate clearly with technicians and customers throughout the day Ensure technicians are fully prepared with accurate job information Monitor job progress and resolve scheduling conflicts in real time Maintain accurate records in dispatch/CRM systems Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and service quality Required Qualifications Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Excellent phone presence and customer communication skills Proficiency with dispatch software, CRM systems, and general computer use Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through Dependable and accountable with a consistent work ethic Preferred Experience Dispatching experience preferred, but not required Experience working with technicians in the field Familiarity with performance metrics (job efficiency, scheduling optimization, etc.)
