Academic Support Writing Specialist

Academic Support Writing Specialist assists the director in coordinating the college’s academic support for writing across the curriculum in all modalities. This lead tutor position supports the development of the tutoring program and implements best practices for program success. The Academic Support Writing Specialist acts as lead trainer and as a mentor and liaison to the part-time tutoring staff on tutoring best practices, writing instruction and content, supplemental materials, and other projects as needed.
