Timeshare Reservationist

Massanutten Resort Job Summary Timeshare Reservationist serve as customer service specialist to our Timeshare owners with regards to entitlements and confirming reservations. Reservationists also provide general information about accommodations to our 3 party guests. Required Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail, organizational skills Prior customer service experience Strong computer knowledge including Microsoft Office and general database applications Preferred Resort/hotel reservations experience and or call center customer service experience Bilingual in English and Spanish Job-Type: Full-Time Typical Schedule Days: Monday through Friday and rotating Saturday Hours: 9:00 AM-5:30 PM, Saturday: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM Compensation Pay: $15.
