Key Responsibilities

Assist with daily living activities (eating, dressing, grooming, mobility, etc.) Encourage independence and community involvement Administer medications and complete documentation Communicate effectively with team members and residents Support a safe, structured, and engaging environment Perform other duties as assigned ✅ What We’re Looking For High School Diploma or GED (Required) Ability to pass pre-employment screenings Experience preferred, but not required – we train!
