Clinical Placement Coordinator

Location: Central Florida Compensation: $40–$60 per paid hour (proposed) Position / schedule: Initially part-time Position Overview Coordinate clinical placements and maintain accurate documentation of site capacity, agreements and student readiness.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with clinical providers and placement partners. Track clinical affiliation agreements, placement capacity and schedules. Monitor student clearances and clinical placement documentation. Coordinate with nursing academic leadership on clinical needs and placement suitability.

Qualifications

At least three years of clinical-placement experience or equivalent documented experience. Strong contract, capacity-tracking, provider relationship and student-clearance skills. RN/BSN preferred; any teaching duties require appropriate graduate nursing preparation.
