Tax Process Analyst

Job Title: Tax Process Analyst Role Overview: As a Tax Process Analyst in a Service Delivery Enablement team, you will support a pod-based delivery model by contributing to standardized tax service processes across multiple client engagements. You will work with cross-functional teams and leverage advanced tax technologies, including AI-enabled tools, to improve efficiency and consistency.

Pods are small, collaborative teams with complementary skill sets working toward shared goals. In this role, you will assist multiple engagements and help ensure standardized execution across the engagement lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Support tax client engagements and service delivery objectives Set up engagements within enterprise tax platforms according to defined standards Create and manage workplans, including task assignments and timelines Facilitate data collection using AI-enabled tools Assist teams in maintaining real-time progress on workplans Archive deliverables and support project closure for future tax cycles Follow standardized processes to deliver consistent, high-quality output Manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams across different time zones Communicate clearly and professionally in a virtual work environment Apply sound judgment and maintain awareness of broader business needs Ensure adherence to quality standards across all tasks Required Qualifications: Associate’s degree (2-year program) Strong academic record (minimum GPA of 3.
